At Petra Diamonds, we value strong and transparent partnerships with our suppliers. We are committed to making business transactions seamless and efficient through the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), a user-friendly platform that streamlines procurement and invoicing processes.
Coupa will give supplier an access to:
- Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP): Update and manage your supplier profile information directly.
- Electronic Tender and RFQ Responses: Efficiently receive and respond to requests.
- Electronic Purchase Orders: Access and confirm purchase orders directly in CSP.
- Invoice Submission: Generate and submit invoices electronically through the CSP.
- Contract Management: Author, initial and sign contracts online

Prospective supplier:
If you haven’t worked with Petra Diamonds before, you may want to share your business profile with our procurement team. This will allow you to be considered for future RFQs, prior to being onboarded onto our e-Procurement Platform.
Local SMME’s Platform:
Petra Diamonds will use this platform to facilitate seamless interactions with small businesses. This will further streamline the procurement processes, create transparency, and foster stronger relationships with SMME’s.
Please note that by submitting and registering your business, your information will not automatically be added to our database. Your business will only be considered for inclusion once it has been reviewed and accepted as a registered supplier. If your business is approved, you will receive an email invitation with instructions to complete the registration process on the Coupa system.
