Petra Diamonds is delighted to be awarded the Corporate Liability Management Deal of the Year award at the Bonds, Loans & ESG Capital Markets Africa awards ceremony which was held on 15 March 2023. The award recognises the most innovative and ground-breaking deals from Africa. Petra completed a US$146m tender offer on its 2L 2026 loan notes in October 2022, reducing gross debt at the time to US$240m and interest payments by some US$14m per annum.
