Innovative Leadership: Cullinan Mine’s Vision for Project Phetogo

Cullinan Mine launched project Phetogo this week to drive accountability and leadership within the operation. This forward-thinking initiative is managed by the Business Improvement Department to drive the delivery of Cullinan Mine’s operating plan. Phetogo, which means change in Sepedi, is the framework that ensures employees are pulling in the same direction and continuously improving our systems and procedures. During the event an industrial theatre was presented to employees, led by actor Bongi Mtsweni, well known for her role in ‘Mad Buddies’ (2012) and ‘Konsternasie Oppie Stasie’ (2009).
