Operations

In South Africa, Petra has six producing mines – Cullinan, Koffiefontein, Kimberley Underground, Helam, Sedibeng and Star (the Fissures). In Tanzania, Petra has a 75% interest in the Williamson mine. In the year to 30 June 2010, Petra’s production rose 6% to 1,164,856 carats (FY 2009: 1,099,367 carats). Petra’s production will continue to rise as the Group develops its world-class asset base.
