Access to training and skills development
Petra offers training and skills development at all levels – both core (technical and specialist training) and non-core (supervisory and management development) levels enabling employees to be the best they can be. Through the Petra Education Pipeline, learnerships, skills programmes and AET (Adult Education and Training) employees have the opportunity to develop both their core skills for their jobs or for any other position in the future.

Creating abundance in our communities
To live our purpose of partnering with our communities, we believe in empowering our youth by offering scholarships to deserving learners in our local communities as well as bursaries for learners to obtain a tertiary degree. Qualified graduates can enter into a number of graduate programmes which will see them acquire professional certifications. Supervisory and Management skills are offered to current and future learners to ensure they are empowered with the correct leadership competencies needed in the workplace.
